Where can I find my order reference number(s)?
Once you've ordered a package on BT.com, you should receive two order confirmation emails. The email titled "Your BT.com order confirmation" will contain your BT.com order reference which is 12 characters long and will be a mix of letters and numbers.
Can I claim even if I haven't ordered on BT.com?
No, you can only claim if you've ordered a package on BT.com
Where will my cheque be sent?
Providing you are eligible, you should receive your cheque within 45 days of your broadband installation. We will post the cheque to your installation address.
My cheque has not arrived - who do I contact?
Your original cashback claim is checked to make sure that you have ordered during a qualifying period, that you are a new broadband customer and that your broadband has installed. Once these have been checked we will organise for your cheque to be sent to your installation address. Please allow 45 days from installation for your cheque to arrive.
I ordered via a cashback site and am still waiting for my cashback. How do I organise this?
You should contact customer services at the cashback site through which you originally placed your order. This cashback cheque offer is different to a member exclusive offer via a cashback site.

Only orders made online via designated websites or by invitation directly from BT will be eligible to receive this offer.
Cheques will be sent to the installation address only and will be in the name of the registered account holder.
If you end your agreement for service prior to the end of the minimum contract period you will have to pay an early termination charge. Details can be viewed at www.bt.com/termcharges.

Cheques cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
BT reserves the right to remove the offer at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
Once you have completed the form above and we have received your details, your order will be checked to ensure your broadband service is active. If your service is active your cheque will be mailed to the installation address. Please allow up to 45 days from your service being activated and claim being received for your cheque to arrive. Please do not chase your cheque before the 45 days has elapsed.

Claims received after the claim date will not be eligible for the cashback cheque.
